Can I customize the timer and clue display?

Absolutely! You can customize colors, fonts, font sizes, and positions for the timer, messages, and fail screen. Upload custom background images, logos, and audio files to match your brand.
How does the remote control work?

The remote control is a mobile-optimized interface that lets you control games from your phone or tablet. Open the remote page on your mobile device, and you can start/pause timers, control videos, and manage games from anywhere in your facility - no need to be in the control room. Note: You must be on the same WiFi network for the remote control to work.
Can I track puzzle completion times?

Yes! Our puzzle tracking system lets you organize puzzles for each game, and when players complete them, you can mark them complete. The system automatically records the completion time from when the game started, giving you valuable data on puzzle difficulty.
How do digital waivers work?

Players can sign waivers electronically on a tablet or their phone before the game. All signatures are stored securely in the cloud, and you can export them as PDFs for your records. No more paper forms or filing cabinets!
What is the checklist system for?

Our system works offline for basic game control. The clue system screen must be already loaded so it will continue to work when offline. The timer continues running, and you can still manage games. Once internet is restored, all data syncs automatically.
